How much time do I need to start looking for an apartment and get a lease signed, prior to my move-in date? I don’t want to miss out on anything! |

The inventory in South Beach changes daily, so what may be available today, may or may not be available next week. We suggest you start looking for a place one month prior to your planned move-in date. |
| Q. | And when do I need to sign the lease? |

You should sign the lease at least three weeks prior to moving in, which will allow you enough time for building approvals, paperwork, etc. |
| Q. | How much money do I have to come up with prior to me moving in? |
| A. |
In South Beach, you are required to pay first, last and securty deposit, prior to moving in. Usually, you write a check for one month’s rent at the time you sign the contract and pay the balance (first and last) a few days before you move in. |
| Q. | Is there anything else I need to do prior to me moving in? |

Yes, but it really depends on the building. Some of the larger buildings require you to reserve the freight elevator on your move-in day. You also need to arrange for keys, fobs, parking stickers, etc. We will assist you with everything. |

You guys seem to really be good at what you do. Are you sure I don’t have to pay you any commissions or fees? |
