South Beach is one of the world's most sought after destinations and is often referred to as the American Riviera. It encompasses the southernmost 23 blocks of Miami Beach and is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the east and Biscayne Bay to the west. The embodiment of excess, South Beach is an international playground offering non-stop nightlife, sandy beaches, unique architecture and plenty of eye candy. With it's eclectic mix of people, world-class boutiques, galleries and restaurants, South Beach is also a great place to call home.

There are a few different neighborhoods within South Beach itself, including South of Fifth (Sofi), Flamingo Park, Lincoln Road and West Avenue. Each neighborhood offers something different and rent prices will vary accordingly, depending on the location and the place itself. Most of the places available for rent are privately owned and are located in either smaller historic Art Deco buildings or in larger full-service high-rises.
